“What I have learned through the training allowed me to start my project with an organized plan, starting from building a good team of more than 20 people, and each one played a major role in achieving the idea of encouraging Tunisian youth to vote and participate in the electoral process. The project experience was amazing. I have learned how to be organized, motivated, how to manage a team, how to keep everyone focused, and how to learn from our mistakes and focus on the future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the results of my project. I think I achieved my goal. And I am looking forward to continue the partnership with the American Islamic Congress in order to promote Tunisia and the entire Arab region culturally, socially, and economically.
